  When I came in the door, I told Haley that my day was going good. She says what can I do to make your day? Great what better way to be greeted when you’re having an in-between kind of a day the service was excellent. The atmosphere was friendly she made my experience award-winning, even walking me through my order Haley you rock. If you’re gonna visit any store come into the Babcock store she makes a difference

  It had been a long time since we visited this Wingstop, but we decided to give it another try, hoping management had improved the service. Unfortunately, we should have stayed away and I strongly recommend that others do the same. I would give this location zero stars if that were an option. The food was absolutely horrible. There is a serious problem when a customer has to go home and recook food they just purchased. The fountain drinks were also awful, and the syrup-to-carbonation ratio was clearly off. The young lady who came to the counter when I picked up my online order was extremely rude and completely lacked basic customer-service skills. Ultimately, that falls on management. If you choose to hire young employees who lack experience, you must invest the time to properly train them in professionalism and customer service! We will not return! Don’t waste your money or time!

  Just came in to order wings. Malani took my order she was the sweetest. Both her and Kenya had great energy as soon as I walked in. Cameron in the back was also great I really appreciate them. Thank you guys!
