I honestly would rate it a zero if I could ONLY because of ONE. THING. The employees are very respectful and great hires, the food is fantastic and the sub was high quality and perfect portions, the environment was excellent up until the manager came.. She is the absolute worst person at the establishment and worst manager in my LIFE I have ever had the dishonor of speaking with, along with friends who have ordered and I heard rumors of. I heard that she gives people free food while they’re taking their order if they leave a 5 star review while ordering, and that she is very inconsiderate of disabled people, yelling at a deaf person when they wore a shirt that clearly said “do not yell, i’m deaf.” I believe her name is Tonya? I saw she had an award and I honestly do NOT understand how anybody remotely like her could get an award, let alone be a manager at one of the busiest fast foods in Palm Bay. She has absolutely no manners, and I just KNOW if higher ups saw how she acted with her customers and how she handles herself and her stress, she would immediately get fired, she acts so entitled and acts like the boss of the world. This isn’t a review at the Subway overall, this is a review straight about how the manager is. Thanks for reading.

I came in on a Monday night and one of the nice girls Jasmine was very cordial and made me one of the best subway subs I’ve had in a minute. 10/10 experience thanks to Jasmine !

I don't understand not having enough staff during lunch hour to accommodate the walk in customers. Almost 20 minutes to place and get 1 six inch tuna sandwich order and only 2 people in line. Online orders took total precidence over walk in customers standing there waiting. Why not alternate or have one extra person during lunch do the online orders? Not sure if this is a corporate, regional or management decision or lack of employees. There has to be a better way.

Sandwiches tasted great, but I paid extra for avocado and didn’t get any on my sub. My mom’s subs were also missing the extra olive oil and vinegar she requested. The restaurant was clean and our order was ready on time, but it didn’t seem very busy, so the mistakes were disappointing.

Ordered a Steak Philly and after the sandwich was already being made, I was asked if I wanted onions and peppers. I said yes, and when I asked for extra peppers, I was then told they didn’t have any peppers at all. I would’ve understood if they were out, but don’t offer them in the first place if you don’t have them.
The bigger issue was the cleanliness. The employee wiped a dirty knife covered in marinara sauce across the sandwich wrap while my sub was sitting on it, then rolled my sandwich through the sauce. Completely unsanitary and nasty cross-contamination.
What makes it worse is that this wasn’t during some huge rush either I was the only customer in the store. Overall just a very disappointing experience.
