  I, The Baron of Palm Bay, do decree that this Subway was satisfactory for my Sunday luncheon. However, nothing in particular grazed my acute attention. Even worse, the lack of a royal welcoming comittee and a functional machine for the Doctor of Peppers was an astounding slap in the face to my feast. I will be forgiving, and I do hope for such qualms may be resolved in the future. With sandwiched regards, -The Baron of Palm Bay

  The new manager in this location is the best thing that could ever happen. She is without a doubt the most professional and kind person we have ever run across while visiting the restaurant for lunch or late night eating. From what I've observed, she has a great way to manager the employees in a positive way which spreads a friendly, calm and happy vibe throughout the entire room. She knows us by name when was are greeted coming in, and definitely makes us feel like family. The entire family are regulars because of her.

  Two things that made me decide to never go inside this establishment again: First, the food. This is subway - you don't expect much. But recently now you even get less. Where they once used a scale to portion out your meats, now they count the slices. Specifically, you get 5 shreds of ham or turkey. Thankfully the roast beef is pre-portioned, and remains a reasonable volume. For reference, if you know how much roast beef you get, as that is standardized, expect about 1/5th the mass of ham or turkey. Second is the service. Normally the workers at this location are fantastic. But this time I walked in to the worker having a very loud conversation with what appeared to be a previous customer. I have no objection to employees talking, but I want to have the option to not be included. These two where speaking at levels normally reserved for the club. I also don't like being ignored for over 5 minutes while waiting to order for no apparent reason until another worker came in from their break. While this young gentleman was perfectly polite and respectful, if I even see him involved in a conversation, I will not assume that he will pause or finish it to attend his job.
