I placed an online order at 9:40 PM for pickup at 9:59 PM. I arrived a few minutes after 10:00 PM because my online orders at this location are rarely ready on time, and unfortunately, this visit was no different.
Despite my order already showing as completed, it wasn't actually started until 10:08 PM. To make matters worse, one of my sandwiches was toasted even though I specifically ordered it untoasted.
My order also included a 6-pack of cookies, which was the main reason I chose Subway this evening. I was told they weren't making cookies because the store had closed at 10:00 PM, even though the location's online hours state they're open until 11:00 PM. Had I known the store was closing at 10:00 PM, I would have ordered from another location instead.
I wasn't given the cookies I paid for and was only offered leftover cookies in different flavors or a bag of chips as a substitute. I've had similar situations at other Palm Bay Subway locations, and those employees were happy to bake the cookies I ordered, even if it meant I had to wait a few extra minutes.
Overall, my order was late, incomplete, and inaccurate, even though I had already been charged. This was a very disappointing experience, and I won't be returning to this location anytime soon.

Subway is always gonna be Subway. You get what you pay for when you go there. Some of their breads have a lot of calories and stuff in it that most people don't know. A lot of sugar, a lot of stuff in the bread that keep it foamy, you're eating stuff that you don't even know what you're really eating. They do that because it's part of the way they sell their food. All the meats and all the other stuff is normal. Your steak, your Roast Beef products like that. Are better than getting the chicken products? Turkey's okay, I always get everything hot instead of cold. It's better that way. And get your consistent the way you want them. But the food is always pretty much consistent every time you can get it chomped up in half or get it chopped up in 4 pieces and separate bags. And give the extra bags to your spouse or a friend makes it easier and give them a 1 of a sandwich and you're splitting one bag, always get extra napkins. And they have beverages in their counter. There that you can always get that are nice. And cold a lot of times they run out of sweet tea. And they never for any more sweet tea backup into the cooler for customers to have. That's the problem. I always go in. There is always out of sweet tea. Hopefully management rejussing starts water more sweet. Tea, next time I go in there. There's little sweet tea. It's the last time I'm going to Subway period get your sweet tea, get your orders right? Get your food costs properly ordered. So you don't run out of stuff, I want to understand how food places work. I've been in the restaurant business. My whole life customer services. One of the most important things. But when you start running out of sweet iced tea and they know people like that stuff, come on, managers. Get your, you know what together? Start placing better orders to service your customers. Remember the theory theory says that the customer's always right. And I'm always right. 99% of the time, it's that one% that kills me. LO. L you guys have a great day. The subway stay open. Keep working hard. You're doing a great job. Thank you for your service. That's what I had to say on this app to stay truthful. Thank you.

Came in at 8:30pm on 6/25/26. There was a young man making sandwiches. He saw me standing to order, he doesn't say anything and continues making the orders that came in previously, which was fine, but did not say a word. Did not ask me to hold on or give a greeting. I finally said after about 10 minutes, do you see me standing here. He said, yes. And I said, you have not acknowledged me. And he said, I am making these orders. I said that's fine, but you still need to acknowledge your customer and let them know you will be with them in a minute.
Then about 4 or 5 minutes after that, a lady came out from the back and started to help him.
His name is Vinny. I'm not sure if he is new, but definitely needs to redo his customer service module and he needs to move a bit faster.
He was not rude at all.
