  The Manager and the couple of workers I've worked with there went above and beyond. A couple of months ago I needed to replace my phone but was in there basically every day for a week dealing with insurance and the phones issues itself. Long story short these guys were great, I almost felt employed there...😅 everything worked out and their HBO Max promotion is pretty awesome too! 😎✌️

  Went to this location on 4/12 around 3 pm. This is the worst 😫 location...manger was very rude. No one new what they was doing...

  We bought a phone 9 days ago and the phone we chose they recommended to us. We've had nothing but problems. Went back to talk to someone and got Tyler and he basicly said he couldn't help us. Tyler literally gave us the run around. Waited for someone to call and guess what no one called. Now its Tuesday went in store and guess what no one could help us again. Was told they contacted there manager and still no response. I would never purchase a phone here again.

  I love the guys that work at this store!! They are extremely efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I'm have not had any regrets since switching to Cricket.
