The Manager and the couple of workers I've worked with there went above and beyond. A couple of months ago I needed to replace my phone but was in there basically every day for a week dealing with insurance and the phones issues itself. Long story short these guys were great, I almost felt employed there...😅 everything worked out and their HBO Max promotion is pretty awesome too! 😎✌️

The power button on my phone was malfunctioning do I brought it to the store. Chase of Cricket of Babcock welcomed me in, analyzed my phone, patiently explained what was going on with my phone, provided various options, and miraculously my phone started working!!! I am sooooo ecstatic!!! He made my day!!!

I walked in and played my bill at 7 pm $90 cash. The man working acted like he was working. Stole our money and now they can't find him. No on can seem to help me. Terrible service. I will never go back. Rude and heartless people
