Went to this location on 4/12 around 3 pm. This is the worst 😫 location...manger was very rude. No one new what they was doing...

The day my phone broke I went and the sales help was awful!! Like it was a big burden for her. Went back the next day and spoke with manager ..she was wonderful!! Very knowledgeable and helpful..thanks to her I will go back!!

Had a great and professional experience here. They were able to get my info up quickly and setup my new phone and took the time to walk me through the charges which were fair and straight-forward. Eveline was very pleasant, patient, bubbly, and even funny while talking with me.

I stopped in to see about getting assistance with activating my phone. I had purchased two phones that were not supported by the carrier (note: if it's not on the Cricket website, probably best not to purchase it...) Jazzmyn Hickman was a huge help in helping me select a phone that was closest to what I was wanting (a Samsung A52) with an LGK92 phone. I was able to purchase it and get it activated immediately and Ms. Hickman even helped me to set up most of what we could in the store by putting my phone in it's new case and applying the screen protector also. She was very friendly and eager to help and she also multi-tasked and assisted other customers with their concerns as well while and still help me with my needs. Thank you for a positive experience with getting a new phone and activating it all in one shot. It's definitely worth the trip to the store for VIP customer service.
