  When I entered the store, I asked the associate if they carried 5T boys underwear in packages because I wanted to buy my grandson underwear in bulk. She replied yes. I searched all over but didn't see any. The store was large...with me seeing only ONE person so I phoned the store from my cell. The manager, Tiffany, answered. I explained who I was and where I was in the store AND the assistance I needed. She immediately hung up on me. She came from the back, visibly upset that I had called. I explained that I had arthritis and I did not wish to walk all the way back up to the front. She was rude, unprofessional, and never once walked over to give me any assistance. I bought my grandson his shirts and a pair of shoes and left the store. Coincidentally, I went to Burlington's next and with their store being even bigger, I called from the back in the children's dept. and not only was the woman super friendly, she came to the back where I was and helped me find just what I needed and even shared a kind story about her family. Clearly shopping at THIS Citi Trends was the mistake. I'd rather drive all the way to Cocoa to shop. One star rating for sure.

  It's a big store go in there look around do some browsing you'll buy something plus they're reasonable

  Love this store especially the pants. I'm tall so need a longer length. All the clothes are amazing and great prices!
