Worst experience working with this place!!! The man at the counter came out read my codes told me I needed spark plugs. Quotes me for the plugs and I asked for a quote on the wires and he looks up an ignition coil…. I repeated myself 3 times that I was looking for wires and he tells me that’s what I was looking at. I’m a woman not an idiot. Then I get home to change the spark plugs and he sold me the wrong ones. Idk why I’m surprised. They need people who understand customer service AND cars working at these places.

I jumped in my Honda CR-V early in the morning for another routine day of work. I was early and was hoping to grab some breakfast but that changed when I pushed the start button. Lights started flashing and lots of warning lights started dancing across the dashboard like the Radio City Rockets!
It took me a short time to realize that it was simply a dead battery. I checked prices and availability online. Few had a battery for my vehicle. Strange since they are so common. Also, they were all so expensive! I was not sure if I was going to have the funds.
Gregory at Advance Auto in Bayside Lakes in Palm Bay, FL was selected. He was not the first choice at the time, but I am very pleased I went there. He had what I needed. I also told him about the "money issue." He was able to find coupons and made the sale happen. He was able to get me a brand name battery and he made the installation look easy.
Gregory made this early morning "Apollo 13" moment into a successful failure. I even got to work on time! It will now be the 1st choice when I need things for my cars. Thanks, Greg! You are a hero!!!

I had a pretty great experience at Advance Auto Parts, all thanks to James. I came in just looking for refrigerant, and James went above and beyond to help. He found a simple, affordable solution, and I really appreciated his honesty and care. It’s rare to get that kind of service these days—highly recommend this store and James for his fantastic help. This experience restored hope in our society a little bit for me.

Greg was super awesome and professional. Customer service was top tier. He installed my battery and gave me a ton of advice while letting me know the products and services Advance auto parts provides. 5 stars for sure.
