  Me and my wife ordered subs. I ordered meatball footlong with 50 percent more meat. Yea I guess you don’t get what you pay for. Three small meatballs on one half of my sub. So basically bread sauce and cheese. The other side had four. This place keeps getting worse and worse. What is wrong up there? I mean I literally paid for extra but because I’m not there to watch you make it you give me less? Make it make sense. Just looked at my receipt and it says 12 meatballs. Where? Did they make another six inch for themselves? Because I got 7 small meatballs on a foot of bread. So someone should learn how to count or just not lie on the receipt.

  Every online order is made very skimpy on ingredients and zero oil, vinegar, or sauces added. When the customer resorts to add extra and pays for it, yet recieves nothing on the bread or in the sandwich that is basically meat and cheese with very very little of the vegetables asked for. Very disappointing.

  Worst Subway experience ever. Tuna, olives and pickles were rotten and made me severely sick. I have a terrible stomachache and have been vomiting since. Avoid.

  Had an issue where money was taken out 6 times yet no order could be found called the restaurant multiple times no answer

  Always friendly and professional. The store is never dirty. Simply put, it is the best subway in Palatka. Well done ladies and gents
