  This is one of the worst subway locations I’ve ever been to. About two weeks ago, I went to get Subway, and they were out of cucumbers. No issue, I can live without them. I’ve checked almost every day since then, they’ve never had cucumbers. How is the location operating without one of the ingredients of most of their sandwiches? Besides that, I’m tired of being charged for things and then being told that they don’t have them and there’s nothing they can do about it. That’s bizarre. You’d THINK, that after having all of those issues, the service would at least be decent. Turns out you can’t even get that. I wish I could go lower than one star.

  When I walked in employees were laughing and carrying on with customers ahead of me got my mobile order quickly but was not made properly. Was supposed to be toasted was not was supposed to have extra tomatoes had none on it. I Ordered extra mayonnaise barely had any mayonnaise on it. Ordered extra lettuce barely had any on it. Noticed all of this after I got home and started eating. Called numerous times with no response. When employees spend more time goofing off with customers that’s usually what gets your order messed up not paying attention to your job. For the manager of this subway in Walmart entrance in Pea Ridge . I picked up this order on May 27, 2026 at 1:03 pm. Order # 7894C2BC-1E

  I asked for a wrap. Nothing showing that a wrap and flatbread are the same. She also did not tell me this. When I got to the register and realized and asked(way to expensive for what it is ) and also way too much bread for me. I got a defensive tone - and basically well it’s the same thing. No offer to help in any way. Several of the tables are dirty and several not in good repair as well.
