  That boy Owen needs a raise I have been getting the same sandwich since I was 12 I was feeling I needed a little change and asked Owen for a suggestion not only was he nice, professional, and charismatic but he made me the best sandwich that’s has ever graced my presence 10/10 Owen should be a manager and this was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had at a subway thanks Owen🫶🫶

  Jayda and Roper were absolutely amazing tonight! They were both incredibly attentive, friendly, and gave us some of the best customer service we’ve had in a long time. What really impressed me was the condition of the store. They had clearly just come through a rush, yet the entire store was spotless and the bain was absolutely impeccable. Everything was clean, organized, stocked, and looked fantastic. These two are one heck of a powerhouse team. They worked together seamlessly, stayed on top of everything, and still made sure we never felt rushed or like we were just another customer in line. That kind of service says a lot, especially after they had just been slammed. Jayda and Roper are absolutely killing it at the Highway 90 location. Great food, spotless store, impeccable presentation, and genuinely excellent customer service. Management, take care of these two because you’ve got a great team here! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Ordered 3 sandwiches through door dash at this location. All 3 sandwiches had the wrong bread (ordered Italian herb), and weren’t toasted as requested. And my sandwich had a HAIR IN IT. See pictures. I had to scramble something together for dinner for myself thanks to the absolute trash service at this location.

  This is one of the worst subway locations I’ve ever been to. About two weeks ago, I went to get Subway, and they were out of cucumbers. No issue, I can live without them. I’ve checked almost every day since then, they’ve never had cucumbers. How is the location operating without one of the ingredients of most of their sandwiches? Besides that, I’m tired of being charged for things and then being told that they don’t have them and there’s nothing they can do about it. That’s bizarre. You’d THINK, that after having all of those issues, the service would at least be decent. Turns out you can’t even get that. I wish I could go lower than one star.
