  This is my third app order in a row that is wrong. This time I paid for a footlong and it was 6”. Now I’m sitting in their lobby watching 4 people come in and leaving that came way after me. I am so done with this place. Last time I tried to call a manager I was told they don’t even have one if this place has a manager or an owner, post a phone number here and when you actually are in the store so somebody can call you. People should not have to sit and wait 20 to 30 minutes for a paid for meal while Walk ins order pay and walk out.

  Everytime I order food here off the app is it never done correctly. Unless I go in and order and personally watch them make the sandwich that's how I know it will be made correctly. I don't give bad reviews. But today I just reached my limit with ordering food here.

  Gorgeous sub, until I touched it. Hard as a rock. I had to eat it off the bun!! So much for a sub, I ended up with very small salad.

  very rude people manager was rude when i filed a complaint they banned me from the store for asking them to remake my sandwich because i asked for a 6 inch and they cut it to 3 inches and when i asked for him to recut it he said” file a complaint big dawg” and burnt my sandwich. We talked to the manager and she claimed i asked for a 3 inch? when i repeated countless times i wanted a 6 inch sandwich. he also burnt it to a crisp and told me if i wanted it remade i needed to go to the back of the line. the manager also wouldnt give us her name and hung up on me.
