  What a great place! I delivered an order there, came back out and my car wouldn't start. (A blessing in disguise, I suppose, that it happened there and not at some of the other locations I deliver to!) Josh helped me and installed it right then!I was back on the road quickly!

  I never really have taken the time to write a review but, I had the honor of dealing with Mike and Josh, They are, by far, the two best employees I've ever come across at any Advance Auto. They both went above and beyond to help me in my car needs. I will never go to another store again, its the Advance in Oxford for me, always. From battery testing to Mike's insane amount of automotive knowledge and Josh's robust personality, these two both deserve raises. I could go on for hours about Mike and Josh. In my 87 years on this planet I have never received such dedication and devotion to my car issue, with Mike's knowledge and Josh's assistance, I was done and ready to go in no time. I would come back just to talk to those two without a car issue. Advance auto, you have NO idea how lucky you are to have these two. Thanks again. John Holmes

  I can’t say enough great things about Josh at Advance Auto Parts! He was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. He went out of his way to search for information and try to locate an old receipt for a battery I had purchased. When that didn’t work out, he didn’t just stop there—he went above and beyond and offered to charge the battery and help me troubleshoot what might be wrong with my car, even though the car was stuck at home and he couldn’t physically look at it.t Josh was patient, knowledgeable, genuinely kind, and clearly cared about helping me rather than just getting me out the door. This is what exceptional customer service looks like! He absolutely deserves recognition from management for his effort and dedication. If I could give him 10 stars! Thank you so much for all your help, Josh. We truly appreciate you going above and beyond 110%! Advance Auto Parts is lucky to have you.

  I was on my way to visit my Gran when my truck broke down at the red light in front of their shop. I put my hazards on and called asking for help. They came out and pushed my truck into their parking lot. They helped get my truck up and running again and sent me on my way. They’re good people. Thank you again.
