  Came to the Orlando Premiere show bought lots of things and Decided to not use FedEx that was located within the convention center… Walked in this morning and a young lady named Avery was extremely helpful and courteous. She was very nice. Made my experience easy Peezy.! Big Thanks to Avery!

  Canceled my box, been a client of them over 5 years. Had no explanation the manager told me they changed policies. Never was notified, called a few times to renew box by one of their representatives. Never received a call, no compensation, no apology. He told me either pay the 3 months or go to another UPS. Worst place, don’t put no money here. The lady at the desk who was assisting was very nice and understood but manager could care less. Never had this happened but I will give a 1 star consistently for the disrespect I received from this manager
