This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time at Subway.
The employee was completely unhelpful and clearly had no interest in doing his job. Instead of assisting me, he ignored me while finishing other orders and flat-out refused to help when I asked. It wasn’t even a matter of being busy — it felt intentional and dismissive.
Basic customer service like acknowledging a customer or communicating respectfully should not be optional. This level of laziness and attitude is unacceptable.
When I asked for a manager, I was told none was available, which honestly explains a lot about why this kind of behavior is allowed. If this is the standard here, I won’t be coming back.

Robin killed it during a rush of customers today all alone! The service was amazing & the attitude was so positive. Really great worker!
