  Normally, when I come here, they’re always super busy good service but just super busy tonight. I got my food exactly how I asked for it. There was no mistakes made with my food conversation was friendly customer service was A1. I came in on 08/20/26 around 8:50 and service was absolutely amazing thank you guys so much

  The food is good, and that's the only good thing about it. These people who work at robots don't even know where they stand. The service is TERRIBLE! You place your order and they pack whatever they feel like. They don't know how to work or how to serve people. They don't know how to sell. They serve you however they please. They don't leave their heads at home because they're glued to their necks.

  If I could leave zero stars I definitely would for this location!!! I placed a online order throught Wingstop app once we receive the delivery. I notice we just received one bag out of the two. When I called the store location I believe I spoke to Sarah was her name. I told her the situation after she spoke with other staff members, they realize one bag was still at the location she asked for me to come and pick up the remaining bag which was 30 wings and fries and celery. I advised her the reason why I requested delivery and carry out was not possible, plus we paid for delivering. She advise me that is not their problem and if I can come pick up the rest of the food or she can cancel the order while I was speaking to her the phone was disconnected I do not know if she hanged up or not but when I called back frustrated, she told me her manager was going to remake the order and have someone deliver it. We waited an extra "HOUR" and I recalled the store to find out the status. Turns out they couldn't find a driver so they cancel the order and supposedly refunded the money. What's unbelievable and frustrating is no one from the store or the manager called me to let us know we will not be getting the food. Staff is very careless, unprofessional and communication is horrible at this location!!!!!

  Just came in to pick up my order was greeted very nicely loved the lady in the front. Time was around 7:05. Food was great wasn’t missing anything, loved the environment and especially the service quality. Thank yall always
