  Mike was amazing from the moment I walked in. He told me about the special sauces for reward members and he walked me through my order because things had changed since i last ordered wingstop. This store is also IMMACULATE with their cleanliness. I am impressed and WILL be returning for sure.

  Witnessed an interaction between delivery driver and I’m assuming the manager (guy with tattoos on arms and beard) , delivery driver confronted worker as they stated they were very offended about the worker stereo typing a group and help out another guest while driver was waiting for final drinks and got the new guests drinks in place, when the driver stated that to worker , worker seemed to get defensive and use a very degrading tone to “apologize” , I will say not a good face for business , nobody should be disrespectful to another individual regardless of circumstances

  Honestly crazy experience. Nobody helped at the counter despite walking past us multiple times, someone called from the back "You picking up?" We said yes, she continued to sit there on her phone. About ten minutes later staring at our mobile order on the counter and listening to one of the staff loudly complain about his job, both people working at the fryer periodically stopping to stare at us, the woman on her phone finally walks up to us and says "your order isn't ready yet." We told her no, its actually right there and pointed. She hands it to us, no words spoken, and finally helps the line of people forming behind us. Crazy thats how people conduct business here.

  Marly was awesome she was very informative I had quite a large order for my family she made sure everything was correct and got everything out in timely manner definitely coming back superb customer service
