This UPS store all I had one employee, She was rushed, She was trying to take care of multiple customers and would ignore 1 to handle another customer, Rude not caring sold me packaging. I think overcharged me and did not pack the box in front of me which is just plain wrong and how things get stolen and then what should’ve been day shipping. I’m still waiting for the package if it’s gonna arrive.. Also, the store has such a cheap printer that you cannot read the tracking number, so it is essentially useless invest in some better printers and invest in printing larger tracking numbers and invest in being able to use a smart phone to track the tracking number. It is the 21st century after all. I’m sorry I went to the store not thrilled with it not thrilled with UPS stores at all. Wish I’ve gone to the Post office office.
Five Stars for Denise! I came through the store yesterday to get a resume on the fly before an interview. Denise said she had been busy but no one was there - with the 5-10 minutes in the store I quickly understood why. She single-handed took care of over a half dozen customers on all their requests. No one waited more than 2 minutes while she cranked through all their requests swiftly. It was impressive to see. She sent me out the door wishing me good luck and I just have to give full praise! I would definitely return just because of how great Denise handled things.

Denise's smile alone will brighten anyone's day. The moment I walk thru the door she greets me with a smile saying good day. How may I help you. Her customer service skills are exceptional. I had the opportunity to listen and observe her interactions with each customer. She gives each customer her undivided attention. After each transaction is complete, she thanks each customer with a smile,and says please come again🙂
I ship packages through UPS daily, and this location has been the most unreliable store I’ve dealt with.
I was told the last pickup was at 6:30 PM, so I arrived before then with packages, including Next Day Air shipments my customers were depending on. The first truck arrived with limited space and my packages were not picked up. I was told another driver arrived and still refused to take them, claiming the truck was full as well.
The manager was extremely rude and dismissive instead of offering any solution or concern for the situation.
Do not depend on this location if your shipments are time-sensitive!!
Instead, go to UPS Store #6442 at 12386 SR-535 S. They are always kind, professional, reliable, and handle packages with care.
