  I had such a wonderful experience at this UPS Store! Denise was absolutely amazing—extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming. She has such a joyful and positive personality that her happiness is truly contagious! She made the whole experience so pleasant and easy. It’s always refreshing to meet someone who genuinely enjoys helping people. Thank you, Denise, for the outstanding service and for making my day a little brighter! 😊

  Now they have an employee who is very quick and polite, she resolves everything without bureaucracy and is always in a good mood, it has greatly improved the store.

  Myself and my daughter visit this store often as she makes handmade cards to mail out to different people. The store always has helpful staff and is very organized and clean. Today we met a new employee Melissa who was very courteous and kind. This store is always a 5 star experience

  Good experience! Everyone stood up the second I walked in, clearly in an effort to help me out. Desine ended up assisting me and she was a delight. She turned an annoying task of returning incorrect medical supplies into me belly laughing on my way out. Thank you!!!
