  This place is the absolute worst. I got there at 6:55 with an item that was packaged in a strong, durable plastic cooler, not styrofoam and was told they wouldn’t accept it. The rude and arrogant customer service rep said UPS guidelines require it to be in a box, which is FALSE. A styrofoam cooler has to be enclosed in a box NOT A POLYURETHANE COOLER. I’ve sent at least 20 coolers via UPS and was never told they wouldn’t accept it but this “KNOW IT ALL” customer service girl not only didn’t know what she was talking about but when I showed her what the UPS website really says she rolled her eyes and said BYE. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Parking sucks also.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience at this UPS Store! The representative who helped me was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. She made the entire process quick and easy while taking the time to answer my questions with a smile. I only wish she had been wearing a name tag because she truly deserves to be recognized for her outstanding customer service. Employees like her make all the difference. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location and highly recommend it to anyone looking for fast, professional, and genuinely friendly service.

  I would like to recognize Kaleb for the outstanding customer service he provided during my visit. On 6/20/26, He was incredibly patient, understanding, and professional while helping me. Kaleb took the time to answer my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure all of my needs were taken care of. His positive attitude and willingness to help made the entire experience easy and stress-free. Employees like Kaleb are a great asset to your team, and I truly appreciate the excellent service he provided.
