  I'm never sending a package to a UPS store again. I'm used to sending packages to a hotel for a conference, and I'm used to a $25-50 per package 'handing fee'. I've never in my 14 years of work seen a place charge $250 per pelican case and $80 per package before. We ended up spending over $1,200 to receive our packages, which was TWICE what we paid to express ship them to the location. Even a couple of smaller Amazon packages were billed $80 each for a $5 items. The explanation the clerk has was that they charged that much due to the convention hall on site, but I've never seen charges like this even at huge convention centers. To add insult to injury we called the UPS store weeks ahead of time to inquire about sending packages there and they failed to mention the additional fees. Avoid this location at all cost. You're better off paying to Uber to a Fedex location and Ubering back, as it'll cost much less.

  The staff picks and chooses when they want the location to be open. Never oversight and they just lock up and come and go as they please. It’s a roll of the dice if they will be open. If you need to ship something, I wouldn’t count on this location to help you.

  Walked in here and ask the girl up front if they notarize docs, which she said yes. Plus on the front of their store has a huge poster advertising “notary.” I pay $6 to use their computer for 3 mins and print the document I need notarized. I take it to the girl and ask to get it noterized and she tells me that the notary isn’t there today. Why in the world wouldn’t you check that before I paid to get the documents ready? She just blanked stared me unable to answer. Unbelievable incompetence

  No public access. Google navigated me to hotel parking lot with fee. Can't reach anyone by phone. So frustrated. Delete this business listing. I just wanted to drop off a package and this said it was open today.
