  I visit this store often, and the service is usually just average, but today it was absolutely terrible. I went to process a Shein "Happy Return," and after waiting, I was told they couldn't do it. It wouldn't have hurt them to put up a sign or tell those of us who were waiting. Terrible service.

  I went to the store and there is an employee with a wig and made a racist comment against Puertorricans! Never again!

  I live in The Villages my package was address to The Villages so they dropped it off at the chickasaw ups store in Orlando and wanted me to pay extra for there mistake to send to The Villages very poor service.

  I encountered an issue while trying to return an Amazon package at the store's self-service kiosk, which unexpectedly ran out of paper. When I asked for help, I was surprised by the unprofessional demeanor of the only staff member present, a woman with tattoos on her arm. She screamed at me to wait, but after a lengthy delay, I still hadn't received assistance, prompting me to leave the store in a state of dissatisfaction. I headed to the next closest UPS near by.
