The manager there refused to add her name on the line that stated “Title of the officer” she wanted me to put my name in that line even though it clear states who. She NEEDS to be FIRED!!! I don’t remember her name but she was manager on June 5th 2026 at 10 AM. And also I presented my military ID (CAC) while I was in my military uniform and she claims it’s not an actual ID. So she made me go back and go grab my drivers license. 30 minutes of total waste of time. And she has really poor costumer service.
I went down the street somewhere else and my military ID was good and they notarized it in a blank of an eye.

I come here for mostly Amazon returns and the process is straightforward and simple but anytime I need to do an actual counter transaction it's usually a pain

Very disappointed with UPS international delivery service. I sent important documents on 5/7, and the last tracking update on the website was on 5/14. Since then, there have been no updates at all, and I have no idea where my documents are now.
I called the store and spent around 15 minutes just to be told to contact customer service instead. Reaching a customer service representative also took a very long time, and then I was placed on hold again for 2 more minutes just to be connected to an international agent. Short story, every time you are connected to another representative you’ll be on hold for another 2 minutes so you need to spend an hour or two following up.
Overall, this was a very frustrating and stressful experience, especially for an important international package. They might be good with local but I would not recommend using UPS for international deliveries.
