  I was in this store on May 22, 2026. I had two fingerprint cards done and I paid for UPS ground shipping. My total came to $91.81. I decided to track my package and it has been in delay in Longwood since May 22. I reached out to this store and they were suppose to put a claim in. I was told by them the package is lost even with an RFID tracking. All I want is my refund of 91.81. I am not happy with this service .

  The customer service by Jay and Elisa is top notch. They both greeted me with sincere smiles as soon as I walked in and immediately helped me with printing my label and shipping my package. The entire encounter was seamlessly simple and quick.

  These guys went above and beyond for me!! Like all of them. Was a team effort to help me with packing up a crib I needed to ship and they came together to make a big custom box nice and stout for shipping oversees in a container and they got it done for me SAME DAY! They helped me load it in my car and everything. Great people. Great service. 10/10
