  The staff was super friendly and was able to get my package in the proper packaging for international shipment. Everyone was so polite and kind.

  DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!. The associates who work the store are extremely rude and have zero care for customer service. I was literally kicked out of the store at 2:57pm. Packages labeled and ready to return. I even said I would use the kiosk to not inconvenience the employees. They told me they do not have a kiosk and proceeded to slam the door in my face. I was extremely patient butt that kind of treatment is unacceptable. I will use another courier for returns. Store # 3208C is a location you will want to avoid.

  Staff is great, but apparently the new owner charges $3.49 to print out your shipping label. The sign at the register says $2.99 to print your label. However, when she rang it up the price came to $3.49 plus tax. She explained to me that $2.99 is the “service fee” and $0.50 is for the label. I’ve come here for years. I’ll be careful never to come here again. Don’t nickel and dime me.
