    Now that this UPS has a kiosk the people there don't want to help customers. So keep being on your phone, and I will take my business somewhere else.

    I drop off Amazon returns here occasionally. They're always quick and efficient. Parking is crowded but manageable and mostly convenient.

    I’ve legitimately never had a problem with UPS or returning things in general. The young man that helped me today was so off putting and rude. Wouldn’t answer questions would only answer with “can I see the code” and was on his phone the whole time. I feel like a Karen even saying this but it was Valentines Day. Maybe he misses his girlfriend 🤷🏻‍♀️
