  I particularly enjoy using this UP store for sending packages. The helpful store clerk, Patrick, assisted me with packing and completing the shipping process. His friendly demeanor greatly impressed me, and I am very grateful.

  Drove there because google said they close at 4pm when I arrived they was closed already, they scheduled showed they actually closed at 3pm. Waist of my time and gas.

  I visited this UPS Store on July 23, 2026, to ship a pair of shoes I had sold. The shoes were in their original shoebox, and I asked the employee for an additional shipping box so I could package them myself. Instead, he insisted on handling the packaging. After the package was delivered, I found out that the employee had thrown away the original shoebox and shipped only the shoes. Because the original box was missing, the company I sold the shoes to flagged the order, and I lost $400. This situation could have been avoided if the employee had simply followed my request or confirmed that it was okay to discard the original shoebox. I expected better attention to detail and customer service, especially when handling someone else’s property. Unfortunately, this experience cost me a significant amount of money.

  Arrived and there were 2 people working and 1 was helping someone. The tall skinny guy never said hello, can I help you or anything, so after pacing, I went over to the self scan and he finally said how can I help you. I have him the prepaid box, he scanned it and gave me the receipt, I said thank you and his reply was mmmm hmmm. Like really? No you’re welcome and have a nice day? I won’t be going back!
