  The employees were kind of unfriendly. I explain I had a loss in the family and had to mail things back to myself. It made the entire experience worse. I spent over $1000 and I don’t think I would use UPS again after that. They weren’t unprofessional but lacked empathy or emotion. I might as well have been dealing with robots.

  I always come here to solve my shipping needs and I’ve never had a problem in fact it’s the only mail place I visit. I only speak Spanish but they always understand my little English

  Brought in two packages for return to Amazon. Upon inspecting the receipt, it turns out they just scanned one package twice. The second package was never scanned. Went back same day and they rudely refused to look for it, despite them having no other customers in the store and seemingly just standing around with nothing else to do. It's been over a week and the package still hasn't been scanned. Do not go here.

  Came in because I'd accidentally sent something incorrect in a package a couple of hours earlier. That's of course my fault and I totally understand if they're not able to find it but I was told it's probably on a pile in the back and they weren't going to look. I asked if she'd at least just glance over the top few packages just in case it's on top, as according to tracking it had not been scanned yet. She pretty much just ignored that question and stared at me weird. I don't expect them to be able to find it if they have a lot of stuff and I obviously don't blame them for my mistake but the way I was spoken to felt very mean and rude.
