I'm shocked that the reviews for this location are so low - the staff are some of the best I've ever seen. Very nice and professional. Maybe the review ratio was from once upon a time but not right now!

Slow with a side of rude. Will drive into Orlando traffic before returning to this store.

This ups store is fantastic. Everyone Is always helpful and knowledgeable as well as kind. I recently had an issue with ups losing a couple of my packages. It literally took the corporate office 6 months to return my money from over night guaranteed shipments. the manager at this store, Namisha, went above and beyond trying to help. She reached out corporate and myself so many times trying to find the solution. Fortunately she did get in touch with the right ppl eventually and they did return the money. Her and the team there at ups are a great help and I recommend this store if you have any shipments.
