  Rude and inconsistent staff. If you ask one day you'll get a different answer the next. Would highly suggest a completely different location. Go to the Dr Phillips location instead.

  I made a purchase from Nordstrom Rack on June 17 and still have not received my order. The shipment was handled by UPS, which initially claimed there was an issue related to external events. Later, I received an email stating that the package would be delivered on June 29, but it never arrived. I am very disappointed with UPS service in the United States, as they failed to meet the promised delivery date and provided no clear or consistent updates about my package. I expect better communication and more reliable service.

  Worst service ever. There two Ladies that treat you as if they were doing you a favor. They’ll look down on you and speak to you like you’re annoying them or disturbing their day. This Location is right by my office, but lately I’ve been driving down to the Kirkman location to avoid this place. PLEASE CHANGE THE STAFF!!!
