  Writing this on behalf of my mother, who completely agrees with other recent complaints about a specific employee. While the owner is wonderful, her experience today was deeply disappointing. The staff member spoke with an aggressive tone and unnecessary hostility that made her feel extremely uncomfortable, it was disrespectful, and felt targeted. Management needs to address this behavior and ensure all customers are treated with respect.

  I’ve been coming to this UPS location for years, and I can say that Chris is one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back. He is always welcoming, friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. No matter how busy the store is, he takes the time to answer questions, offer help, and make sure everything is handled correctly. Every visit is quick, easy, and stress-free because of his excellent customer service. I’ve never had a bad experience when Chris is there and gives 100% to every customer who walks through the door. Employees like Chris are hard to find. He consistently goes above and beyond, and his positive attitude makes a lasting impression. We need more people like him in customer service. I hope UPS recognizes the incredible work he does because he truly deserves it. Thank you, Chris, for making every visit such a great experience!
