  I want to give a huge shout out to Skylar. I went to the UPS store 4083 Sunday afternoon to return a package and it was packed. My first thought was, should I leave or stay, but I knew I had to return my package. I decided to wait on the line. The line went by the door. She was the only one working in the store and she was able to get the line to move fast. Not only did she make the wait not be long but she had GREAT customer service. I have been in other stores where the staff has a mean look or has an attitude because they are the only ones working(they have also complain to customers). But she had a smile on her face and was friendly to every customer. Even when dealing with a lot of boxes that were given to her by other customers. Great customer service and great working ethics Skylar!!!! More stores need to have a Skylar in their businesses.

  Chris went above and beyond for me. Thought I would have an easy Amazon return but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Chris took initiative and saved me from having to go to the post office. It’s the little things that matter and just dealing with nice people. Thanks again!!

  Always get good service at the store I visit, which is store #4083 in the Eastwood Plaza in Waterford Lakes. Employee #283127 did a great job packing up two framed photographs that I needed to ship.

  The guy who opens store during the week clearly hates people and his life. Rude and obviously doesn’t want to be there.
