  Four people working, and I stood at the counter for ten minutes as the only customer, completely ignored by all of them. As a line formed, one guy finally came around the back and helped the person behind me, ignoring me completely. Taking my business elsewhere.

  It needs to be said that my intial experience was wonderful. The young man and woman at the front were very helpful with assisting me set up my P.O. Box. It was not until last week that I began to regret my decision to select this location. I stay almost 30 mins ways from this location. A simple call to see if I received an important letter would save me both gas and time. I have only ever called the location once to see if the important letter arrived. When I did, an older gentlemen complained that “they ask that customers do not call to see if they have mail due to them being so busy”. I beg your finest pardon! Is this not apart of your job. Why was I not informed of this before I paid for this service ? I called multiple times before closing and no one answered the phone. I was informed that I would have access to the PO Box on weekends, but the doors are locked. The service has been unacceptable. I am happy my term is coming to an end. I will not renew.

  Christian was the best thing that happened to me all day. Very grateful for his help and expertise. This location is lucky to have him!
