  Kimora was an exceptional assistant. She went out of her way to package my materials in a unique and thoughtful way—even customizing the box to fit perfectly. What truly stood out was her quick thinking and determination when I accidentally dropped my credit card under the counter. She found a creative solution to retrieve it, ultimately saving my vacation. Her dedication, ingenuity, and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation turn into a great experience. I’m incredibly grateful for her help!

  Thanks so much to Leo! I had to do fingerprints at the last minute and this location was so convenient! Keep in mind they are located at the corner next to the NEX store not inside!

  Leo is INCREDIBLE! We had a work emergency for our startup business and I had to get something out in express service across the country to a work colleague for a business meeting by Monday, but I found this out Midway through Saturday afternoon! Every FedEx and UPS store in town had already had their Express pickup for the day. I called this location near the airport in case they had the last one. Just in case I could make it across town to drop it off. Leo answered and told me their last pickup was in about 45 minutes and I had 20 minutes to drive to get there from where I was. I took off and a few minutes later he took the time to find my number and called me back (!!!) to tell me the driver had just gotten there early! I was still 17 minutes away but he assured me the driver had a lot of packages and that I could make it but to please stay safe. I got there right as the driver loaded the last package into the truck, and Leo had begged him to stay an extra 2 minutes until I got there, got the label done immediately, and handed it off as the driver walked out the door! Just amazing and so very kind. I truly appreciate his excellent service and will definitely be back to this location in the future.
