  Extremely disappointing experience. This UPS Store is completely different from other UPS locations I’ve used. At other UPS Stores, I have always been able to simply ask an employee to print my shipping label at the counter and pay around $1. At this location, I was told that I had to rent a computer for about $5 first, and then pay additional money just to print the label. Seriously? How does that make any sense under the same UPS Store brand? What made the experience even worse was the customer service. The employees at the counter showed absolutely no interest in helping me. I explained that I didn’t know how their computer rental and printing system worked, but instead of actually assisting me, they just listed the available options and left me to figure everything out myself. I came in because I needed help — not because I wanted to rent a computer and learn their system just to print one shipping label. For a location in Lake Nona, I expected a much better level of service. The whole process feels unnecessarily complicated and overpriced compared with other UPS Stores. On top of that, the parking lot is almost always packed, which makes visiting this location even more frustrating. Different prices, worse service, unnecessary fees, and employees who don’t seem interested in helping customers.

  Called in advance was told they can't print and bind a few sheets of paper because the guy who does them isn't here today.....

  The clerk that assisted me was so kind, helpful and efficient helping customers, including me! Yessenia is a gem! I only purchased boxes but she was amazing!

  Jesenia and Angelica basically saved my life. I shipped out a pair of $2000 sneakers and UPS lost my package after many emails and many hours on the phone and in-store visits. It seemed like all hope was lost but Jesenia was able to pull through and a like 8 months later, my missing package showed up to my door. If it were not for her diligent efforts, I would have never gotten my package back. Every company should have a manager like her give her a raise!

  Great store that I’ve used for years. The tall young gentleman is always courteous and professional. Unfortunately, the two girls hired recently are extremely rude. If you ask a question, they mock and laugh at you, making you feel stupid for even asking. I don’t expect anyone to go out of their way to be nice—that would be a bonus—but at the very least, do your job and do it right. Completely unprofessional.
