  Your closing times stipulates you close at 11 pm however at 10:45 pm your doors were locked and the employee advised that you close .That is definitely misleading or maybe your staff are not following your closing times. This is not good service at all.

  Manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, no need for the attitude. Will never come back to this spot again. I have never had a bad experience at subway until now. Her mannerism showed no training as well as her attitude by saying “I’m the manager go ahead and call customer service”, I’ve already reported it to subway as that really puts me over the edge. Hopefully they get this message and reteach her how to speak to customers and how to manage an operation as she clearly does not even know how to lock the door.

  Waited for almost 14 to15 mins to get the food. Staff was very close to be being rude.
