I placed an order on the subway app on 5/9/26. I ordered the chipotle Philly sub with two chips. They sent me the wrong chips amd also, there were NO Veggies on my sandwich. It seems like whoever was working on my order just threw whatever together. I called the store when I received my order. And I don't know if the phone doesn't work, but it rang and then cut off. I looked for some sort of customer service number. But they only have an ai chatbot on their site, which is not very helpful by the way. I did not have time to go to the store that day so I guess that is my loss since I could not get in contact with someone regarding a refund. which, by the way, I shouldn't have to if I placed an online order.
Had one of my best experiences at a subway here! The young man and women working at 11:30am on 04/17/26 was super cheerful and quick and made the experience very enjoyable! I didn't get their names but congrats a being a super employee and deserves acknowledgement from subway. The store was very clean and bright. Wish all subways were at this level !!

I'm tired of that I have to jump thru hoops downloading and creating a password for apps to get a deal at a restaurant. The lady manager was nice explaining it was corporate
. The male cashier didn't care at all. I won't be returning to any Subway restaurant.
Terrible experience. Since I arrived, the attention was horrible. Not only did they not let me customize the bread, when that is the main thing about Subway, but the employee was also rude and disrespectful and told me in English something like "crazy" and "fraud." I felt humiliated and mistreated. This is totally unacceptable. I'm not going back and I don't recommend this place at all.
