  SECOND TIME I'VE ORDERED FROM THIS LOCATION AND BOTH TIMES WAS "BUY ONE-GET ONE FREE". BOTH TIMES IT ONLY CAME WITH ONE AND NO ONE AT THE STORE PICKS UP THE PHONE TO COMPLAIN. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

  Whoever the owner of the subway needs his franchise taken away. We are in florida! Now a/c???? For months and months and months. Ridiculous how can someone work in this environment? With the ovens and the heat sad people have to work in these conditions not to mention the customers!!!!! If theu can't fix the a/c since at least February, what else are they skimping on? Letting food go bad and serving it? Who knows?! If you treat your employees and customers this way, imagin what else goes on back there. Disgusting! They have made a lame attempt to put in a portable a/c unit and some simple fans. Doesn't make a dent to the heat in this place. The owner needs to lose the franchise. I will escalate this to corporate as well.

  DO NOT EAT HERE!!! the location is disgustingly dirty. Multiple homeless people are sitting INSIDE the in the store. One employee was making all the Gold orders. She has three sandwiches to make the manager comes out asked us if we we’re picking up an online order we said no and instead of helping his employee, he turned around and kept doing what he was doing writing on a clipboard instead of helping the paying customer. HORRIBLE service.

  He was very distracted, kept asking the same questions over again and asked if we were together or separate we said separate but can go in the same bag. He charged is together and put it in separate bags. But the sandwich was good.
