  We ordered a protein bowl and a sub on Superbowl Sunday, early evening. Our food service employee was courteous. But no onions available! And when two family members ordered later on, still no onions! Someone didnt prep well for the day. Disappointing.

  I mobile ordered because we were staying at an AirBNB in the condo behind the store. I wish I had gone the extra mile to another store. They were out of the Italian herbs and cheese bread which is my favorite and the reason I love subway but wasn’t a huge problem because we got the white instead. I got extra of everything and it ended up not being much bigger than my boyfriends who got normal portion, which was still an insanely small amount. Both subs were cold, when we ordered them toasted, not even warm. The lettuce was also very soggy. We both got the chicken bacon ranch and there was barely, to no sauce on it. On my sandwich I also got Italian vinaigrette that wasn’t put on either. I should have checked the reviews before just ordering from a convenient store. Sad.

  Great service from the gentlemen that serving us that evening !!! 👍 My wife had forgotten her purse after dinner and we realized 15 minutes later. The kind employee had put the purse aside and everything was still intact. We are truly grateful to this kind gentlemen and we offered him a reward in return 🙏
