  Ordered a mobile order on my way to work because I didn’t have much time when opened my sandwich I realized nothing I ordered was on the actual sandwich other than turkey and tomatoes. Everything else the employee completely disregarded what I ordered and just made a basic turkey sandwich. This was extremely frustrating because I did not have time to turn around and get it fixed as I was on my way to work please make sure your employees actually pay attention to what people are ordering and make that not just the basic turkey sandwich as it comes because he now wasted my money on something I didn’t want

  First, let me start by saying I don’t usually give reviews because my experiences in places are typically pretty mild, but this was wild. If I could give zero stars I would. I’m a mom with three kids and while the sweet older lady (Miriam) was taking a VERY long time to make my sandwiches, my youngest (5 years old) went over and played with the soda machine for about one minute. The RUDE younger girl Who claimed she was the manager with her name on the door Karen Figueroa… Go figure her name was Karen. She went and mopped up after the kids and I apologized. It was a very small mess. Then when Miriam, who was very sweet, checked me out she pointed at the large cups so I assumed that was the one I was supposed to get because when I said one chip and one drink, I pointed at the large cup. Then we got our drink, ate our food and after I went to go refill my cup, and she told me I was not allowed to have a refill because I took a large cup and paid for a regular and my kids played with the soda machine and then I said they’re just kids and I said do you have kids and she said yes, and my kids would never behave like that. Regardless of whether my children were in the wrong or I Took the wrong drink size, there was no reason for a person who is in her workplace to treat customers that way. Especially, if she was a manager, and she was supposed to ensure the orderly operations of the restaurant.we will not be going to this Subway again.

  Excellent service at Subway! The sandwich ingredients were fresh, and the staff was welcoming and attentive. My order was made quickly and tasted great

  The worst customer service, and I didn't get any service! I got in, and no one was at the front. A minute later, a dude came out. I said, "How are you doing brother?" He looked at me as if he hated me and his life; he didn't say anything. He was restocking the ingredients, ignoring my existence. Not even a "welcome" or "give me a minute, I'll be right back with you." I stood there for a whole minute, being ignored. I could tell he didn't want me there, so I just left. If the owner reads this, you need to fire that dude. Worst attitude I've ever seen. You are losing business because of these types of employees.
