I had a very disappointing experience at this location (4518 S Semoran Blvd) (Served by: 03140)due to the employee’s rude and dismissive behavior. While ordering, I realized the $3.99 sub combo I chose at first was turkey-based, which I was not interested in. I politely asked for a moment to review the menu options, especially since the screen had already changed and I could no longer see them. Instead of allowing me a moment, the employee continued rushing me and repeatedly reading the menu in a rude tone. I thanked her and again asked for a moment to decide, but she responded sarcastically and with noticeable irritation. Once I made my selection, I decided to switch to the wrap option. At that point, she rolled her eyes, grabbed the wrap, and rudely stated that no changes could be made because it “comes as is.” I calmly responded that I would simply pay extra for additional banana peppers, and she replied with another disrespectful attitude and dismissive response.”Hmmm Okay..”
By this point, I was extremely uncomfortable with the treatment and disrespectful attitude, so I chose to walk out and wait in the car while my husband completed the purchase. It appeared the employee was more focused on returning to a conversation with a man waiting in the dining area than properly assisting customers. Additionally, my husband was not given a receipt. When I went back inside to request one, I was incorrectly told it had already been provided. Thankfully, another young employee assisted me professionally and courteously.
Due to this experience, we will not be returning to this location. This employee would greatly benefit from customer service retraining, as her attitude and behavior toward customers were completely unacceptable.
