  The “sandwich artist” was extremely disrespectful and ignored my family. He served everyone before our family and when he was supposed to serve us, he went into the kitchen for at least ten minutes and pretended to talk on the phone. When he came out, his mom apparently “got cancer” and he had to close early because of a “ family emergency”. Also, he was the only person working there. Do not come here. This is truly one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to. 🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡

  Nothing to do with the service, but that lady was overworked! She was running the place alone, filling orders, both walk-in and online, by herself.

  My second visit here and Ms. West is the nicest, most caring franchise owner I've ever met. Any issues were taken care of immediately and I can't say enough about how well she and her staff take care of their customers!! Online order system was down and they didn't hesitate to make it right. I'm sending another review again today as my previous review from months back had disappeared. 5 stars!!

  The customer service is so bad, an employee with some white spots on her face, spoke to me very rudely because I didn’t understand the meal of the days, at the point I left the store without making a purchase
