  I have never received such a bad customer service than i did yesterday. It was 12:30pm. Me and my gir went there to get a sub and there's a rude, nasty employee. That doesn't know nothing about good customer service. And i hope she gets the proper training on treating customers with respect

  09/13/2026 at 2:30ish pm. Both workers was very attentive and nice. I would say this is the cleanest subway i have seen in Orlando. Even the veggies and meat looked fresh.

  The employee, Jackie, is disrespectful. When you politely ask how long the wait for your order might be, she gives a very curt reply, saying she doesn't know because there are other customers in the shop. I suggest that Subway should provide better customer service.
