    Melissa was very Inviting when c9m8ng ro this location..She was very aware and acknowledged every customer, she seemed to have a Great Universal Personality, she knew the Neighborhood and talked very Highly about her job..and believe me the subs she made was a real sandwich if I could give more stars i would ,she was a real delight, had great scence of Urgency,and made me feel like a only customer as she made my subs and still spoke with every one waiting they All were ok to wait,because of Melissa's Great sociable Personality, she deserves a raise #OneManBand.. .

    I go to Subway a lot and to this particular location about once a week. I don't know if its just the employees or the management, but I've never had any employee at a Subway tell me I couldn't have extra onions or extra anything until today. At first, she put about 10 small pieces of onion on my footlong sub, when I asked for more, she put about 5 more small pieces on which I thought was a joke, so I politely asked for more. Well, you'd have thought I just asked to sprinkle gold nuggets on the sub. She then proceesed to tell me (with a VERY rude and disrespectful attitude and tone, that they have strict limits on how much of any topping they can put on a sub. I said I had never heard that nor been denied asking for a few extra onions before at any other Subway location and again (politely) asked if this was some kind of new corporate policy or what and she ramped it up 5 notches along with her coworker joining in to lecture me that this is their policy and I have no right to question it or not like it and that if I don't like it I can call their manager, Lucretia Lampkin. At this point, they're basically yelling at me and freaking out because I apparently was some kind of crazy trouble maker for asking why I cant have a few extra onions on my $15. Sub. I asked for the managers number and of course, they said they didn't have it and I could come back when she's in. I gave up trying to get them to make any sense or speak calmly and in the meantime, the one who was making my sub stopped and went to making someone else's and asked me if I still wanted my sub. I said yes and then, apparently to punish me for causing such utter mayhem, she made me wait for a few extra minutes while she worked on someone else's order. She then went back to making my sub and proceeded to put miniscule amounts of every topping I asked for on my sub and I'm not exaggerating, we're talking small, small portions. It was the most minimal Subway sub I've ever had. And it was also THE worst experience I've ever had at a Subway or just about any restaurant for that matter. You know, the whole reason I and I would say most people go to Subway is because they get to customize their sub the way they want, and OF COURSE, within reason on the amount of toppings, but this was RIDICULOUS! Oh, and something else worth mentioning, they won't give you a cup for water if you ask. I did the last time I was there and was flatly refused. I guess that would kill their profit margin by .000002%. Of course, their incredibly customer dis-service/ customer unfriendly policy couldn't possibly hurt business. You can see Ive been gracious and given this place many opportunities to do the right things, but this was too much. I will never eat at this location again and will be hesitant to eat at any Subway going forward. Hopefully, Ill never encounter anything like this if I do. But this Subway owner lost a very loyal customer and their weekly contribution to their revenue for years. Good luck with your onion and toppings rationing policy if that is indeed your incredibly foolish customer unfriendly policy.

    On May 21st, between 2:00 and 3:00 PM, I was verbally attacked and threatened by a female Subway employee at this location. She threatened to hit me—all simply because I asked why a promotional offer had not been applied to my order. I felt frightened; another employee intervened to restrain her and escorted her to the back of the store. You should review the security footage and be more responsible regarding who you hire. I do not recommend visiting this location; you would be putting yourself at risk. The sandwich was bad too, no tuna, no toasted even when I asked. Looks dirty. The worst!

    I came in on Sunday, May 10 at 6:20 p.m. to order a sandwich. A young Black woman served me in an absolutely terrible manner. I asked her to explain how it worked, and she immediately seemed irritated. I asked her which cheese had the mildest flavor, and she replied that they all taste like cheese. Then I asked what flavors of chicken they had, and she called me an idiot, saying it was like going into McDonald’s and asking. But I’m from Italy, and we’re not used to this kind of fast food, so I don’t think it was an absurd question. What an appalling way to treat a customer. The manager should see this review and fire her, because she is completely unfit for this job.

    If I’m coming in to get a sub and have to use the bathroom FIRST! Why am I being denied the restroom? Rudely at that , I see yall “ RULE” which is not a LAW . It’s diabolical to force me to pay to use the restroom … You have one employee working and 3 customers I’m a pregnant woman I can not hold my pee while I WAIT on you to fix 2 other subs then my sub WHEN I COULD USE THE BARHROOM WHILE YOU COMPLETED THE OTHER 2 ORDERS AND BE COMFORTABLE PLACING MY ORDER !
