Placed an order online walked in to pick it up took the lid off my water cup and went to fill it up with water and Lisa yells out “You can’t do that! Thats nasty”. She literally called me a name in front of all the customers in the restaurant, I have never seen such unprofessional behavior in my life. First off. I removed my lid so I was basically filling up a cup that never touched anything but the lever to have the water come out I will never step foot in this establishment again and it’s unfortunate because i WAS a regular. There are lots of people that need and want to work that have common decency and communication skills owner. You need to find one or continue to lose business.

I’ve been coming to this subway for more than 3 years many different interactions and most of the time the employees haven’t been the best, but LISA THE GM she’s AMAZING she’s honestly sunshine walking in there, her mood her vibe overall the whole experience was great. She definitely raised the level for service. An angel to say the least :)!!!
