  I came during rush and the manager and an another worker i think his name was cawa (im not sure but it was exotic) didnt look stressed or bothered by the number of people they moved quickly and efficiently the man who helped me (cawwa) was sweet and was heavy handed when it came to my order. Very yummy ask for cawa!

  Staff member politely greeted each person as they entered the location. He also made sure to ask if they had placed an in app order in order to tend to the people that were in store orders since his coworker would come and help with app orders if there were people placing in store orders. They made a good team, communicated, and were polite and patient with the customers. Everything tasted fresh in my sandwich. In my opinion sometimes bad subs are due to the combination people put together rather than the quality of the ingredients. Overall, glad I decided to stop and have subway this day. Thank you for the polite speedy service. Also, I recommend using the subway application. They have decent discounts on subs/wraps/salads/bowls often.

  The service was terrible, provided by a student employee who lacked both experience and professionalism—it felt as though he were merely using my sandwich as a training exercise. He skimped on the ingredients, adding only a few measly bits of onion and spinach, all while his hands trembled with nervousness. If your business is on the verge of bankruptcy, do not attempt to recoup your losses by shortchanging your customers' orders. Just shut down and spare us the trouble. Customers pay to fill their stomachs—not to leave hungry, only to be forced to go buy food elsewhere. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Deplorable treatment and services.
