  Me and my wife both ordered subs from this location and when we got home to eat there was a cockroach in here sub and we are calling them and no one is answering the phone at the location and they don’t close till 12

  Went there on a Saturday afternoon and had great help from Kendrae and his co worker , he was attentive to the order and was very polite and made a wonderful sub! I would definitely go back. That sub was amazing too every bite hit the spot.

  We had an amazing experience thanks to Kindre and Tim. From the moment we were helped, they were friendly, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. They provided excellent customer service, were patient with our questions, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. It is clear that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. We are very grateful for the outstanding support we received from both of them.   Terrible customer service from the lady working at 3120 Kirkman Road, Orlando Fl on June 28 at 3 PM; she was rude and had a bad attitude. This is surprising for Subway, a chain that has always been so friendly.
