    Didn’t want to leave a review before as I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt, but after 3 times going to this specific place and having the same rude woman in the counter I’m done. Food is meh! Because is not done as you wanted it, I couldn’t get a name on the woman as she is not wearing a name tag, but is the same one, the first time I had a problem with my order was because this person decided to mark my online order as picked up whenever I didn’t even went to the store, once there I had to wait 45min to get my order done and with all her attitude on top, she had the nerve to tell me that how they do it and of course not, why would I put an online order if still have to wait at the store anyway, mind you I was already waiting 30min because it was an online order, she try to scream at me and other customers that were there demanding there online order being delayed, the second me and my husband went inside because last time online order didn’t went well because of timing, unfortunately rude lady again there, my husband specifically told her not to put mayo and she ignored it and did what she wanted, my husband repeated more than twice that he didn’t want mayo at the end she put it anyway sealed and packed, 3rd time and this is today, there was 2 people there, one with the glasses very gentle and customer service on top, second one is the rude woman, wanted some protein orders and immediately she says with all the bad attitude already: “YOU CANNOT ADD ANY OTHER INGREDIENTS TO THIS ONE”, I told her is Ok, I just want 2 ingredients to be removed, she continues to ignore this indication and proceeded to do whatever she wants, as this was not going to be for me but for my kids, I insisted she needs to do it the way I told her, she grabs another pair of protein and throws into the toaster, she then leaves the order incomplete and leaves to the back where she was making fun about it with another 3rd woman. The nice and gentle lady finishes the order but you can tell she was uncomfortable with the rude woman attitude, she couldn’t even understand what was going on with my order as she didn’t put any indication on the order comand, this is my last time coming here, had enough with this woman, apparently the management doesn’t care about the reviews this store gets as I can tell is the same pattern in all bad reviews.

    I recently visited this location, and I must say, the experience was delightful from the moment I walked in! The staff greeted me with friendly attitude that instantly made me feel welcome. Their enthusiasm was infectious, and it set the perfect tone for my lunch break. I left feeling not just satisfied with my meal but uplifted by the positive energy in the shop. What really stood out during my visit was the speedy service. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my sandwich was prepared. I barely had to wait before my food was handed to me. It’s rare to find a place that speed and quality so well, and I appreciated even on a busy day. made it easy for me to enjoy my lunch without feeling rushed, which is a huge plus!

    I will say first of all, I have worked in the food industry before, and at a subway in my hometown, so I know what the regulations are for food safety, and customer service. I've gone here once before, and it was fine, both of the people were very nice and polite. But today I had someone else, Savannah, she was kinda rude, when I asked to have my cheese on top of my chicken, she said "No, we do cheese then the meat." With a certain tone of voice. And when she put something in the trash, she pushed her whole hand down in it, with the glove still on, and then proceeded to touch my sandwich, without changing her gloves. She also proceeded to use a piece of the wrapping paper that the other woman was using, for another customer, to clean off her knife, obviously she didn't care about cross-contamination, she is lucky I am not allergic to anything.

    I eat at subway often and I went to this one at the millenia. area here in Orlando fl. The ladies there on the 5/27/26 around 530 pm was rude. I don't like mayo and I wanted honey mustard instead they charged me 1 dollar for honey mustard. They said it's customizing if you don't get it just as it comes. I have high cholesterol and high blood pressure I don't like mayo and I stopped eating it for my health. They sprinkled one small line of cheese the mix shredded kind and I said it wasn't enough she gave me a second sprinkle and charged me. We are paying more and getting things forced on us that we don't want or need. Subway use to allow us to make it how we want without charge. It seems now it's not about the customer service it's picking and choosing who you allow ti choose. If I was these ladies friend or family they would have not been so rude and petty. I'm dealing with illness and to deal with rudeness and disrespect is not necessary. Please subway hire better people. Thanks. Shannon

    I'm a Uber driver, and needed to use the restroom really bad. I was told I had to make a purchase no problem I said I would purchase a drink. I then said that it was ridiculous for me to have to make a purchase. She wanted to argue with me, and seemed like she had to have the last word! She told me to never tell her that she couldn't talk which I never said that she couldn't! She was definitely arguing with me about the whole situation, and I'm standing there waiting for 5 minutes for her to ring up a bottle soda! Seriously I didn't expect anything like this to happen but, she just wouldn't stop! Just kept on, and then I told her to just forget it, and she said good go use the restroom somewhere else! She was a older black woman supposedly named Jackie! I asked for the managers phone number, and for her name to be told it was on the door! Which I never saw anything. I took a picture of the number of the store! I just needed to use the restroom I wasn't making it a big deal with having to purchase a drink! She just clearly needed to use me as a punching bag I felt like. I worked for Subway for 10 years, and never had a situation like this before!
