  Today I had an exceptional experience with Store Manager Arianni and Valentina. From the moment I walked in, Arianni greeted me with a warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful attitude. She immediately asked what brought me into the store and took the time to explain the current promotions and offers available. I originally had no intention of making a purchase and was simply browsing while passing some time, but the quality of the service completely changed my experience. I mentioned that I was looking for a jacket to wear over my uniform while traveling for work. As a flight attendant, I sometimes prefer to cover my uniform when I am off the aircraft and do not necessarily want to advertise where I work. Arianni helped me find a jacket that complements my uniform perfectly while still matching my personal style. When I began looking at two particular jackets, Arianni explained that they were the final ones available. I really appreciated the way she created a healthy sense of urgency without making me feel pressured. She simply educated me on the limited availability and allowed me to make my own decision. Because of her honesty and guidance, I decided to purchase the jacket instead of risking it no longer being available later. Valentina was also extremely helpful and showed me another jacket option that she believed would fit my style. When I tried everything on, both she and Arianni gave thoughtful and honest feedback about the fit and how the pieces looked on me. Their recommendations felt genuine, and I ended up leaving with multiple jackets as well as a new belt. I also want to recognize Arianni’s leadership. Throughout my visit, she continued checking in, making sure I was being taken care of, and ensuring that everything in the store was running smoothly. She was attentive without being overbearing, confident without being pushy, and created a welcoming environment for both customers and her team. I walked into the store only intending to browse, but I left with several items that I genuinely love and will be able to use for work. That is a direct reflection of the excellent service, product knowledge, and positive energy I received from both Arianni and Valentina. Thank you both for making my visit such a memorable and enjoyable experience. Arianni is an excellent representation of strong leadership and outstanding customer service, and Valentina was equally kind, attentive, and helpful. This location is fortunate to have both of them.
