  Updated with a ton of diverse and iconic figures to represent a realistic historical depiction of events to include presidents, athletes, scientists, fictional characters, actors, performing artists of past super bowls, etc. Lots of information exists next to each figure to inform you of any unknown figure or to settle friendly debates amongst your group about who the person is. Pre-teens and teens enjoy this as well.

  It was interesting and a unique form of entertainment visiting Madam Tussauds Wax Museum at Orlando’s Icon Park because I got to get up close to the wax figure likenesses of so many famous people from business, history and politics, sports legends and stars of movies and music industries. The pace that we were allowed to tour this attraction was excellent and there was no rush to go too fast. The wax figurines were picture perfect and made for a memorable vacation experience. There were so many incredible wax figures here that it would be hard to pick a favorite.

  This was a unique and fun experience! I’ve seen pictures of wax figures, but they don’t compare to seeing them in person. They all looked so real, and it was cool to see the exact details up close. It was crowded but the walk flow between the themed rooms was flawless and we had plenty of time to check out and take pictures with the wax figures. I loved this and can’t wait to enjoy the exhibit and activities again.

  A great experience, highly recommended! This place is definitely worth the visit! We had a fantastic time seeing the figures up close. The wax models are incredibly detailed and realistic, making it a super fun experience with plenty of great photo opportunities. If you are in Orlando and looking for something fun and different to do, don't miss it! Vale muito a visita! Vale muito a pena conhecer! Tivemos uma experiência excelente vendo as estátuas de perto.   I would like to file a formal complaint regarding an unacceptable interaction that occurred today, Sunday, May 24, 2026, at approximately 11:00 AM at Mándame Tussauds Orlando. My 12-year-old son politely approached the ticket counter about 10 minutes before our scheduled entry time simply to ask if he could use the restroom. Before he was even allowed to speak or explain himself, the employee at the ticket desk rudely interrupted him and told him to “get out” and leave. She was dismissive, hostile, and unnecessarily rude toward a child who was only trying to use the restroom. As a parent, I found this behavior completely unacceptable. There is absolutely no excuse for an adult employee to treat a respectful child in such a cold, disrespectful, and intimidating manner. When I later asked why my son had been treated this way, I was told that the museum was “not open yet.” That explanation does not justify rude treatment, especially toward a 12-year-old child. Customer service should never involve humiliating or dismissing a child for asking a simple question. I expect staff to show basic respect, professionalism, and kindness — especially to children and families visiting your attraction. I hope this incident is taken seriously and addressed appropriately so no other child or family experiences this kind of treatment.
