  ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The woman at the front desk this morning is extremely rude, lazy and unprofessional.We were expecting an envelope today and when we checked the status we were told that the delivery was attempted but the business was closed. Absolutely false! When we called customer service we were told the envelope was at this center and we can go pick it up. Right off the bat the woman front desk was nasty and refused to help. Mind you my husband was the only person there, so its not like they were extremely busy. We drove all the way over there, over an hr round trip for nothing! Waste of time and money. We filed a complaint but I doubt there will be any consequences. Go to another facility or use another reliable and professional company to handle your needs.

  Don’t know what the issue is with this location, but every package I’ve had the pleasure of being delivered from here is always late. And it’s been four different instances at four completely spaced and different times throughout the years. My advice if you can choose delivery service avoid FEDEX if this ship center is where it comes from.

  I just had to leave a shoutout for Jannina! She is genuinely a little ray of sunshine and one of the nicest FedEx employees I’ve ever met. She was so kind, warm, helpful, and just had the sweetest energy. It’s rare to come across someone who can make such a simple interaction brighten your whole day, but Jannina absolutely did. FedEx is lucky to have her, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you, Janina, for being so wonderful! 💛
