  Terrible customer service. The tall bald head employee who assisted me was extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and unwilling to help. Instead of trying to resolve my issue, he treated me poorly and showed no interest in providing customer service. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
