I’ve been coming to this FedEx location for a while, but today’s experience was unacceptable. The staff completely ignored us, and when we asked to speak with the manager, she was also rude and unhelpful. This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I expected much better from FedEx.

Horrible customer service. If I could give negative stars, I would. The staff always seem to be in a bad mood and act as though they don’t see customers waiting in line. The management at this location needs improvement. If you don’t enjoy your job, it may be time to find another one—but a better attitude would help first.
Way too busy and understaffed. Waited 20 minutes in line for an Amazon return to be told to move to a different line. Extremely frustrating the employees need better crowd control if they are going to enforce customers moving lines. Will not return to this location!

So I had a medium sized print order, wasn't sure how to email it in so I went into the store And Gerald, who is the person I spoke to (great phone service!) Was The person who helped me when I got there. 24 hours is standard for turnaround time and he said it would be ready by then no question. On the way home I got a phone call from FedEx and it was Gerald who said he wasn't very busy and if it would be of help, he would have it done before closing today. That is excellent service and that young man is extraordinary! That is my new print shop no questions asked! Extremely satisfied.
