  Me sorprendió la facilidad, agilidad la explicación que tienen para el self-service. Aunque cuando escanee mi caja decia que aún debia pasar con un agente no sé por qué si era un label común ya pagado, aunque estaba vacío cuando fui no tuve problemas y fueron amables.

  I went in around 11:40 this morning, this is my first time at FedEx. The customer service was amazing from every single employee. They were pleasant and patient. I would recommend this location.

  I had a wonderful experience at this Lee Road FedEx the other day. Tay Bledsoe was very kind, patient, personable, and professional. She really made my FedEx request a simple thing to do. Tay is a terrific asset to this store. Thank you, Beverly Litka
