  Super friendly service! Annetonette really helped me figure out a printing problem. Great attitude, friendly, helpful. Just a good vibe! The store has computers, a few printers, supplies, chairs, the works. Really nice experience and super convenient.

  I printed a label here and packaged it myself and I was charged a $4 handling fee. That’s insane.

  How do I get in contact with you guys? I don’t have my receipt to submit an expense and I am not able to speak with someone. This is absurd, horrendous customer service.

  HORRIBLE! This came up as the closest package drop off location for me, came to drop it off with prepaid label, and they wouldn't accept it, unless I paid them $10 handling fee!!! What is FedEx thinking? Most of their locations in this area are in resorts, and I read other reviews, where it seems like all locations inside of resorts demand $10 just to accept a package or envelope, even if it's prepaid!! If this continues, they'll lose their loyal customer base such as myself. I've had a FedEx account for many years, but it seems like it's time to switch to UPS.
