  ⭐ 1/5 I had a horrible experience using the Print & Go system at this FedEx location on September 22, 2026, around 11:00 AM. I was told by employees that it could take up to 15 minutes for my print request to come through. I waited 25 minutes and never received the email. What made the experience even more frustrating was that no one offered to assist me, troubleshoot the issue, or provide an alternative solution. After waiting nearly half an hour, I left without accomplishing what I came in for. This was a complete waste of my time and a very disappointing customer service experience. I would not return to this location or recommend it to anyone else. If a system isn’t working properly, customers shouldn’t be left standing around indefinitely without assistance or a solution.

  Helpful staff. Print and ship was quick. Just email your documents and access the printer and done. I left my phone there accidentaly and called the staff to inform. They safely put it away, asked my husband the right questions before giving it back.

  I had a disappointing experience on 8/20 at 3:15 at this FedEx location when trying to drop off a prepaid return for a damaged item I received from a furniture retailer. When I walked in, there was no greeting or acknowledgment. I told an employee I needed to drop off a package, and she immediately asked what was in the box. When I said an ottoman, she seemed confused and appeared not to know what that was. She went to get another employee, and I was asked again by that same employee what was in the box. The manager on duty, Susanne, was behind the counter taping up a box and never greeted me or came over to assist me. She briefly looked at the package and said they could not accept it because of a dent in the box. There were no holes or openings, and the item had actually been delivered to me in that condition in the same box. The lack of basic customer service and courtesy was disappointing, and the trip ended up being a waste of my time. I was only in the area shopping, but I will not return to this location. I live near Baldwin Park, where they have a FedEx location that has always provided a much friendlier experience.
