  My experience at this FedEx location was very disappointing. When I tried to ship my package, the staff refused to process the shipment unless I opened the package so they could inspect its contents. I found this to be unnecessarily invasive and unprofessional, especially since I wasn't given a clear explanation for why it was required. I understand that shipping companies have security policies and restrictions, but I expected better communication and a more respectful approach. This experience made me feel uncomfortable, and unfortunately, I won't be using this FedEx location again.

  I walked into this location at 6 PM, completely struggling to wrangle a heavy box through the door. Before I could even figure out my next move, the gentleman at the counter greeted me with a warm smile and immediately walked over to help. When I asked where I could set the box down, he simply said, "I'll take that for you," and effortlessly carried it the rest of the way to the counter. Not only did he handle the heavy lifting, but he also taped up the box for me without hesitation. Within a single minute, I had my receipt in hand and was already walking back out the door. It was the absolute gold standard of customer service—fast, efficient, and incredibly kind. As a bonus, the store itself has nicely arranged displays of planners, self-improvement books, and business gear. It’s a fantastic location all around, and I highly recommend them!
