We paid a very high shipping fee of $140 for a package that was supposed to arrive at its destination in 3 days, but it took 3 weeks to get there.

Terrible customer service. I came in today simply to have two sheets of labels printed, and despite having multiple employees working and very few customers, I was told they would not print them for me and that I had to do it myself. Unfortunately, this isn’t my first poor experience at this location. Every time I’ve come in, there have been several employees and little to no wait, yet I’m made to feel like asking for assistance is an inconvenience. The employees I interacted with today were dismissive and unhelpful. Reporting them to corporate as well. Hire people who actually work.
