  This office is stupid difficult to access unless you're already at the Convention Center. You have to beg to park and walk quite a distance otherwise. There is an added $10 convenience fee on top of shipping because of the location! Folks in the office are nice enough. They waved the fee because I had tried to go to the closed office on Sand Lake Rd.

  The employee there literally took everyone behind me in line while I was waiting there for 20 minutes. Didn't know line skipping was cool here.

  Kenecia was a great help to my daughter. My daughter had a tight deadline to get a document signed and scanned while visiting Orlando. We were having some problems with adobe but Kenecia was able to get the program working and get the pages she needed printed and scanned. Many thanks!!!!
