Dan was wonderful! It was my first time using FedEx Office, and I wasn’t sure how to print my document. He patiently walked me through everything and made the whole process easy. I really appreciated his help and excellent service!

This office is stupid difficult to access unless you're already at the Convention Center. You have to beg to park and walk quite a distance otherwise. There is an added $10 convenience fee on top of shipping because of the location! Folks in the office are nice enough. They waved the fee because I had tried to go to the closed office on Sand Lake Rd.

The employee there literally took everyone behind me in line while I was waiting there for 20 minutes. Didn't know line skipping was cool here.

Big shout-out to Precious and the team at this location. They printed two rounds of development materials for us with very little notice. Whether I called or emailed, they would respond quickly and with the proper information. When we needed an alteration done, they were happy to oblige. the final product came out looking great! Thank you!
