  It won’t hurt to say your closed drove 30 min. Have a meeting and relied on you. Not good.

  The worst FedEx I’ve been too. The employees here are unhelpful and are to busy chit chatting to help any customers.

  I left this FedEx Office because they would not send my shipment in the boxes I had packaged it in, although it was the same boxes FedEx Ground had sent them to me in. I explained this to the Assistant Manager and he questioned my honesty. He didn't believe me. The boxes I was using were in good condition and sturdy. They were also taped securely. It seemed to me they just wanted me to buy their boxes. The UPS store up the street on the corner of Dr. Phillips and Sandlake Road didn't see an issue and took take care of my shipments.
