  Terrible service. The sales assistants showed a complete lack of empathy and interest in helping. They seemed bothered by the presence of customers and made no effort to show the products or offer any assistance. I felt completely ignored. I do not recommend this place.

  Dolce & Gabbana has never been my go-to luxury brand, but this Christmas, I decided to purchase gifts through them. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. In fact, Walmart provides far better customer service than what I’ve experienced here. I placed my order over 30 days ago and have yet to receive it. Every time I call customer service, I’m met with unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful representatives. They fail to provide clear answers or resolutions, leaving me feeling disregarded and frustrated. Instead of offering solutions, their attitude is dismissive, essentially telling me to “deal with it.” This doesn’t feel like the service of a high-end retailer—it feels low-budget and chaotic. I will never order from Dolce & Gabbana again and strongly advise others to avoid the unnecessary stress. If you value your time and money, steer clear.

  Comprei uma bolsa na sol e gabanna da vinland, porém não veio com dust bag, nem com certificado de garantia e não me entregaram a nota fiscal, apenas o canhoto da maquininha. Muito desapontada Corona
